One on One Technique

Individual: Technique Review

dscn0257Just getting back into swimming – or could do with some technique focus, then one on one sessions could be the perfect addition, book a session from one person (or up to three) and reap the benefits.

Sessions are generally for 45 minutes and include a warm up (so the coach can look at your natural style), technique discussion and practice, video analysis using our special “coaches eye feedback” software. (as appropriate)

Additional option includes underwater videoing for reflective feedback.

$80 for 45 minutes one on one.  Enquire for small groups (up to three people)

Bookings are by email.  Session times are by arrangement but are generally off-peak.
